332nd Company

The 332nd Company was a unit of troopers in the 332nd division of the Galactic Republic. The company, along with its members also known as Ashoka’s Clone Troopers. The company was distinguished by its special helmet design. It was in operation during the Clone Wars. The troopers of the company were armed with Phase II clone trooper armor. The armors were marked with a blue marking of the 501st. Their helmets were colored red-orange with a stylized logo of Ashoka Tano’s facial marking. However, some troopers had no paint on their helmets and had original 501st armor. On the missions’ fields, they used infantry weapons, military vehicles, and jetpacks. LAATI/I gunships vehicles were their primary mean of transportation. Positioned the company on the Venator-class Star Destroyer.

The Unexpected Tragedy

The company, along with the Republic troops, successfully defeated Maul and the Shadow. On the way back to the Coruscant, an expected tragedy happened. Oder 66 was enforced; the 332 Company attacked Ashoka Tano along with Maul. The company held them prisoner. The company was intended to kill both. Instead, the company opened fire on Tano, where she narrowly escaped. The troops under the command of Rex searched the ship for her. During the search, Tano captured Rex with the help of astromech droids. She took control of hostile troops by surgically removing Rex’s inhibitor chip. With the removal of the chip, Rex was no longer impacted by Order 66. Rex and Tano stepped toward the hangar, avoiding 332nd troopers along their way.
